According to this article anyway! What I found fascinating were the various reasons women cheat, which are totally different than men (no surprise there, but still fascinating!) Now of course one set of statistics from one website does not provide enough data to truly make the statement that more women cheat than men, but this certainly is a wake up call for women (and men!) to look at themselves. The statistics show that unlike men who usually cheat out of a basic sexual desire, women cheat for more emotional reasons, mainly revenge. Duh! Well boys, you know the saying: “Hell hath no fury like a woman’s wrath.” Think about that the next time you piss off your chick! The second reason for cheating women (other than revenge) is for sexual fulfillment which is not being met by their partner. Again, duh! Could it be that women too want sexual fulfillment? Tell me it isn’t so! It’s surprising in this day and age of relative sexual maturity that many women are not getting what they need sexually. Who’s to blame? My opinion is that both men and women are to blame. And if we could ever figure out how to fix the problem, I would guess that there would be a decline of cheating from both camps…..Just my two cents…
